1/2 Credit Computer or 1/2 Credit Fine Arts - A/B Semester

This course explores the photography vocabulary, traditional vs. digital technology, and the study of creating photographs as an art and design form. Understanding and applying the principles and elements of design will be emphasized as projects are explored. Students will explore a variety of imaginative ways for using a digital camera with technology. Students have the option of using their own camera or the school’s cameras. Photoshop, iPhoto, iTunes, and iMovie will be used.

Note: Prior computer experience is not necessary.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of Art I.
Open to grades 11, 12.
