Intent to Release Student Information to Military Recruiters

Intent to Release Student Information to Military Recruiters

Notification of Intent to Release Student Information to Military Recruiters Without Prior Consent: Under the No Child Left Behind Act, Public high schools that receive federal funds must release the name, address, and phone number of juniors and seniors to military recruiters unless a parent/guardian makes a written request to us not to release their child’s information. Students themselves, if they are 18 years of age or older, may make such a request as well.

To request that information be withheld from recruiters, a parent, legal guardian, or 18+ student must put their request in writing to:

We will provide rosters to military recruiters after October 15, 2026. Parents and students who have already made this request in previous years do not have to submit the request again.
