Under the No Child Left Behind Act, public high schools that receive federal funds must release the name, address, and phone number of juniors and seniors to military recruiters unless a parent/guardian makes a request to us not to release their child’s information. Students themselves, if they are 18 years of age or older, may make such a request as well.
To request information be withheld from recruiters, KHS parents/guardians, or students are required to put their request in writing to KHS Principal’s Office, 43 Arch Street, Keene, NH 03431 or email Virginia Somma at [email protected] by October 15, 2022. We will provide rosters to military recruiters after October 15, 2022. Parents and students who have already made this request in previous years do not have to submit the request again.
