The KHS Drew Library Media Center subscribes to 24 online databases. These databases have been peer reviewed for credibility, authenticity, and currency. KHS students may use these databases at school or at home. Just click on the links below. If using them at home, a log in name and password is required. Please contact the library for log in name and password information. Please email Mrs. Neath-Foster if you are at home and need the log in name and password.

Gale In Context: Biography - Biographical articles on historical and contemporary people. Articles include newspapers, book sources, and journals.

Literary Criticism Databases
Gale Gale eBooks - Biographical and literary criticism of authors and literature (novels, poetry, drama, short stories). Also contains eBooks.
Gale Literature Resource Center
Salem Press Literature - Literary criticism of authors and their works with some biography.
Bloom's Literature - Literary criticism of authors and their works. Provides multimedia resources including videos, clips and audios.
Multipurpose Database
Discovery Education - Delivering engaging learning experiences every day. Can only be accessed through teacher or student Clever accounts.
Ebscohost - Newspaper, journal, and magazine articles, photos, books, atlases on a variety of topics. Colleges and universities subscribe to this service.
Issues and Controversies - Presents arguments on both sides of a topic in a balanced and unbiased manner. Uses news organizations, magazines and journals, government agencies, and groups and institutes and offers articles, videos, images, surveys, reports.
